Privacy Notice
This notice is provided by Mono Design (the "Company"), as data controller, under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), to inform visitors who use the contact form on our website.

Personal data we process
The name, email address, phone number, project type, message and any files (drawings, images, documents) you send through the contact form, the date the form was submitted and, for security purposes, a hashed form of the internet connection (IP) address the form was sent from.
Purposes
To review your request and get back to you, to prepare quotations, to carry out pre-contract discussions, and to keep records for legal obligations and possible disputes.
Collection method and legal basis
Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website. It is processed on the legal bases set out in Article 5/2-c of the KVKK (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract) and Article 5/2-f (the Company's legitimate interest, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed).
Transfers
Your personal data is shared, only for the purposes above and only to the extent necessary, with the service providers that supply our website hosting, database, file storage and email services. These providers' servers may be located outside Türkiye; in that case the transfer is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK. Unless required by law, your data is not shared with other third parties and is not used for marketing.
Security and abuse prevention
To prevent the form from being abused through automated or bulk submissions, a hashed form of the internet connection (IP) address you submit from — not the address itself — is stored with your request and used only to apply short-term submission limits. This processing is based on the Company's legitimate interest under Article 5/2-f of the KVKK.
Cookies and third-party services
Our website does not use cookies for advertising or visitor tracking. Visit counts are measured in aggregate with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify individual visitors. Fonts and images are served from our own servers and service providers. The map is loaded from Google Maps only when you open the "Location" window or click a map link; in that case Google's own privacy terms apply.
Retention
Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods set out in the applicable legislation; afterwards it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information about the processing; to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request deletion or destruction under the conditions of the KVKK; to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You can send requests regarding these rights in writing to the address above or by email to mono@monodesign.com.tr. Requests are answered free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
